Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Que Te Compro mobile application ("App"), operated by QueTeCompro ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Que Te Compro is a gifting companion app that allows users to create wishlists, share gift preferences and clothing sizes with friends and family, and secretly claim items from others' wishlists to coordinate gift-giving. The App is available for iOS and Android devices.

3. Account Registration

To use Que Te Compro, you must create an account using a valid email address, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the App, including wishlist items, profile information, photos, and preferences ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the App.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
• Spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotional material
• Malicious code or content designed to disrupt the App

5. Privacy of Claims

A core feature of Que Te Compro is that gift claims are hidden from the wishlist owner to preserve the surprise. You agree not to attempt to circumvent this privacy mechanism through technical means or social engineering.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of coordinating gift-giving among friends and family. You may not:

• Use the App for any commercial or advertising purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users

7. Friend Connections

The App allows you to connect with other users as friends. By sending or accepting a friend request, you consent to sharing your profile information, wishlists, and gift preferences with that user. You can remove a friend connection at any time.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings screen. Upon deletion, we will permanently remove your profile, wishlists, friend connections, claims, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by QueTeCompro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QueTeCompro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, gift coordination failures, or unauthorized access to your account.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the App. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App's Settings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
